Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the first convocation (1993-1995) member of the Committee on International Affairs and Economic Policy.
He is the author and co-author of three books and more than 100 scientific papers in the field of economics, finance, philosophy, including those published in leading domestic and foreign publications.
