Vladimir Vasilyevich was born in Siberia (Krasnoyarsk Krai, Borodino), served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Army. Graduated from the Siberian Institute of Business, Management and Psychology in Krasnoyarsk, majoring in psychology. He worked as the head of the Center for Civic Education.
He created Schools of Theosophy in the regions: Krasnoyarsk Krai, Gorny Altai, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kirov, Yekaterinburg, Saratov, Ufa, Voronezh, Biysk, Moldova, Belarus.
