THE CONGRESS HONORABLE GUEST is a well-known Tibetologist, one of the most prominent Russian researchers of Buddhist culture and philosophy of Asian countries, a student of Y.N. Roerich Vilena Sandzheevna Dylykova.

In the Congress program, the presentation of the book by V.S. Dylykova "Kalachakra - Tantra" - a unique translation of the sacred Tibetan texts, first in Russian language.

The Kalachakra Tantra is a result of the author’s many years work on the translation and interpretation of the central treatise of Tibetan Buddhism of the same name. Given the complexity of this text, the repeated incomplete attempts of many Western Tibetologists to do not just translate, but precisely to decipher the hidden meanings of one of the most sacred texts of the Buddhist East, as well as the appearance in modern Oriental studies of such a large study of the central area of Buddhism and Tibetology in Russian - all this testifies not only about a certain significant phenomenon in the Russian humanitarian science, but also about a new stage in modern Tibetology, which will be associated with the formation of the synthesis of the humanities and natural sciences, with the cooperation of modern science and the accumulations of the philosophy and culture of the countries of the East.

The book provides correspondences and references to the greatest work of H.P. Blavatsky ''The Secret Doctrine''.
